1. When will I receive my order?

We usually ship orders within 1–3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery can take 5–10 business days.

2. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

3. Can I return an item?

4. What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within the UK.
